Gas "museum" in Chile

GASCO S.A. is  a chilean gas company, created in 1856, and therefore this year celebratring 150 years of existance!

Fundación Gasco, a non-profit intitution, supported by the company, is dedicated to the corporate responsability area, specially in relationship with the community and outside stakeholders

One of the main projects for 2006- 2007 is the opening of a “Visitors Center”, which is going to include a small “gas museum”, with the history of GASCO S.A (photografs, objects, etc), and also a permanent exhibition about LPG and natural gas.

To build this exhibition Fundación Gasco is going to use a historical photo archive, which was recently restaured and conserved, with aprox. 700 images.

Fundación Gasco is very interested in any historical material of relevance for the museum.
